Registration Procedures

1. All undergraduate students pursuing their degrees are eligible to register and participate in the robotics workshop.

2. Registration is purely on first come first serve basis.

3. Only the first fifty teams registering will be allowed to attend the workshop.

4. A DEMAND DRAFT (in favour of AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM, PAYABLE AT KOLLAM) of Rs.5000/- should reach the coordinator before the 20th March. Food and Accommodation is not included in the above mentioned amount. Food and Accommodation is Rs. 225 per head (total for all three days) and can be paid upon arrival at the event itself.

5. Teams have to first register on the website and download the provided registration form. A printed copy of this registration form is to be filled out (In capital letters) and sent to the following address with the Demand Draft:

6. Registration will only be confirmed on receiving the Demand Draft
(A confirmation letter will be sent to you through E-MAIL immediately).

7. Maximum of three students per team. One and two person teams are allowed and encouraged (the smaller the team, the better the understanding).

8. All the participants are required to bring their Institution ID cards for the workshop.

9. The Workshop is for three days, starting from 4th to 6th of April.

10. All the students will be given participation certificates.

III. Amount Payable An amount of Rs 5000/- has to be paid in favour of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham payable at Kollam to cover the expense of robotics kits and facilities provided during robotics workshop. Food and accommodation is to be paid extra (Rs.225/- per person).
