Mr Lokesh Mehra, Regional Manager - Corporate Responsibility (South Asia),Cisco Systems. 

Mr. Lokesh Mehra is the Regional Manager - Corporate Responsibility for
Cisco Systems, the worldwide leader of networking for the Internet, for the
South Asia Region.
Lokesh joined Cisco in 2000 and was responsible for conceiving, launching and implementing the Cisco Networking Academy program across the India and SAARC region. During this tenure as Area Academy Manager for India and SAARC he was instrumental in growing the Academy Program from less than 8 Academies to more than 100.
Lokesh moved to Intel in end 2003, as the head of Education, responsible for education related initiatives encompassing K-12, Higher Education and Community Development.
     

Lokesh rejoined Cisco in Nov 2004 and is now responsible for plotting the company's strategy for corporate social responsibility and aligning APAC and global programs for the benefit of the region. He is spearheading and driving Cisco's education charter in both the philanthropic and commercial markets.

Prior to joining Cisco, Lokesh has had stints with companies like NIIT and Benchmark Microsystems.

Lokesh is an Electronics Engineering graduate with a Masters in Business Administration. He has over 16 years of experience in Education, Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Channel Development in the IT industry.

Mr Jagan J, Area Academy Manager - India & SAARC, Cisco Systems.

Jagan, is the Area Academy Manager for India and SAARC Region for the Cisco Networking Academy Program (NetAcad) and is based out of Cisco Bangalore office. Jagan holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shanmugha College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu and started his career as a Software Engineer on the Embedded Platforms.

He has taken up this role at Cisco Systems recently and his main charter is to manage and proliferate the Networking Academy (NetAcad) program across the SAARC region with focus on the IT Workforce development specific to Networking and the UN's Gender initiatives.

Before taking up this role, Jagan was working with Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd, where he was managing the Intel Higher Education program. At this role he was handing the research initiatives of Intel with Academia and was part of the core team in charge of academia and government engagement, conceptualizing research and curriculum deployment apart from the pipeline/workforce development programs along with other activities under the Higher Education banner. He was the key member to roll out the Intel's Multi Core University Program across institutes.
