2007 All the staff members of the department were the part of Local Organizing Committee of the International Symposium on Data, Information and Knowledge Spectrum conducted in December 2007.
The ACM Annual International Collegiate Programming Contest was hosted by the department in December 2007 along with the ACM Student Chapter at Amritapuri Campus.
