Department Activities
The department CSE had organised a Faculty Development Programme in Network Security on 15th and 16th December 2006. The programme was open for all the departments. The Participants were able to understand the risk management and associated system, Threat interdependencies, Attacks and Policies, Integrate strong identification, authentication and authorization services to validate user, Credentials and associated rights and Essentials of our campus networking. Dr. Suresh K. Lodha, Professor, Department of Computer Science, University of California, Santa Cruz delivered a special address on Data Visualization on the first day of the programme.
Recently our department has signed an MOU with the IT giant Infosys for a Programme named ~CAMPUS CONNECT. (www.campusconnect.infosys.com). The program aims to deepen the industry academia relationship and create a strong foundation for the future needs of growing industry. This nation wide program focuses on preparing industry ready IT Professionals by aligning engineering student skills with the needs of the industry.
