Fee Payment
a) Students shall pay the fees and the deposits in time. They shall pay the fee for that year before the 10th of June each year. However, if they discontinue the course in the middle, the fee for the remaining duration of the course will have to be paid.
b) Fine for late payment of fees will be charged as follows
11th to 15th June - Rs 20/-
16th to 20th June - Rs 50/-
26th to 10th July - Rs 100/-
11th to 15th July - Rs 150/-
16th to 25th July - Rs 200/-
c) After the 25th of July, the name of the student will be removed from the rolls of the institute. He/she will be re-admitted only after the payment of fees with the prescribed fine.
d) Students shall keep safely all receipts of payments made and produce them whenever requested to do so
.
e) The amount of fees and the schedule of payment for all programmes are liable to be revised from time to time as per the discretion of the administration.
f) Fees once paid to the institute, either in full or in installments, will not be refunded.
g) The caution deposit shall be refunded only when the student leaves the institute.
